Welcome to the official application for the Ghana Data Science Summit 2026 (IndabaX Ghana). This three-day conference brings together students, researchers, professionals, and enthusiasts to explore data access and availability, responsible data use, and applied ML/AI solutions addressing real-world challenges.

Application Categories
Attendees: Complete the main application form to attend IndabaX Ghana 2026.
Workshops: Interested in organizing a workshop? Complete the Call for Workshops form.
Abstract Reviewers: Interested in reviewing submitted abstracts? Complete the Call for Reviewers form.
Applicants may apply for more than one category. Each application will be reviewed independently.
Application Guidelines
- Answer all questions truthfully.
- Submit only ONE application per category. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
- Applications are reviewed based on interest, academic, and professional background.
- Beginners and females are strongly encouraged to apply.
Registration Fee
Admission is subject to acceptance by the organizing team. Accepted participants will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of GHC 100.00 to confirm their spot. This fee secures your acceptance and helps the organizing team plan effectively.
Poster Presentations
Applicants interested in presenting a poster will be required to submit details of their abstract through the application form.
Travel and Accommodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation. A limited number of travel awards are available for participants outside the Volta Region. Please indicate your interest in the application form for consideration. If you do not receive notification of a travel award, you should make your own arrangements.
